Welcome to Kazati.net ("Kazati", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kazati platform, including our website, dashboard, and any online store created through our services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing to a package, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Kazati, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement) and that you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Account Registration & Responsibility To use most features of Kazati, you must create an account and choose a subscription package. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Your Online Store Kazati allows you to create and operate your own online store ("Your Store") using our tools and templates. You are solely responsible for:

4. Subscription Packages & Payment Terms Access to certain features requires a paid subscription package. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase, in the currency stated at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, where auto-renewal has been enabled. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change package pricing at any time; changes will not affect an already-active billing cycle.
5. Custom Domains & Subdomains If your package includes custom domain or subdomain features, you are responsible for maintaining ownership and DNS configuration of any domain you connect to Your Store. Kazati may assist with SSL provisioning and domain verification but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party domain or DNS services.

7. Service Availability We strive to provide reliable, uninterrupted access to the Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, or secure. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary disruptions.
8. Intellectual Property All content on the Kazati platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, themes, and software, is the property of Kazati or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of the content you upload to Your Store, but grant Kazati a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the Service.
9. Data & Backups While we take reasonable measures to back up platform data, you are encouraged to maintain your own backups of critical business data (such as product catalogs and order history). Kazati is not liable for any data loss resulting from user error, third-party service failures, or events outside our reasonable control.
10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kazati and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Kazati in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Termination You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time through your dashboard settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.
12. Modifications to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Vietnam.
